James Reed

James was the most fun character I had to draw in Cipher aside from the Chimera. It gave me an excuse to brush up on a great American hero, Nikola Tesla,(I'm aware he wasn't born here) and play on the birth of the electric age.

Description:

One of the first Ciphers to evidence in the 1920s, James was a part of the Program when it still under the guidance of the Patrons. In fact, James was the first individual to have a propensity for Telepathy. At the time, Lucian had only shown a knack for Pyrokinetic Talents, and the handful of Ciphers that preceded James to the Program were other flavors of Psychokinetics and a pair of sisters with the ability heal.
